Donovan Preston, a 31-year-old Massachusetts State Police trooper, was arrested for operating under the influence after being discovered in his running car with an open container. Police found him confused and struggling to park the vehicle. He exhibited signs of intoxication, including slurred speech and glossy eyes. Despite denying alcohol consumption, he was uncooperative during the field sobriety test. Preston was charged and released on personal recognizance after pleading not guilty to the charges.
