On Tuesday afternoon, multiple people were shot at the Brass Mill Center shopping center in Waterbury, Connecticut. Police Chief Fernando Spagnolo reported that officers arrived after receiving reports of a disturbance around 4:40 p.m. Victims were promptly taken to local hospitals for medical treatment, and, fortunately, there are no fatalities reported as of now. The police are currently investigating the incident with assistance from state and federal agencies, and although no details on the number of victims or suspects have been confirmed, Spagnolo reassured that there’s no ongoing threat in the area.
