"A Jamaica Plain shooting victim fled onto an MBTA bus on Tuesday morning. Around 9:30 a.m., Boston police responded to a ShotSpotter activation near 64 School St. Police later determined the shooting occurred at Dixwell and School streets. The victim boarded an MBTA bus and got off at Humboldt Avenue and Seaver Street, police told Boston.com in a statement. Officers located the victim and transported them to a local hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening, police said."
