"All the occupants of the home made it outside safely, the fire department said. Around 9 a.m., the department had extinguished the heavy flames on the exterior of the building. By 9:30 a.m., the fire was entirely extinguished, the department said. The resulting damages are estimated to be around $500,000, according to the department. One firefighter was transported to a local hospital via an ambulance, the department wrote. The condition of the firefighter is unknown at this time."
