He heard voices in the lobby. He got up and opened his front door. His neighbors, most in PJs, were gathering near the elevator.
We get so absorbed in the news that we sometimes forget the people right in front of us. Perhaps we need to be the ones reaching out to our neighbors, friends and family and even the concierge for face-to-face time.
