Toronto police are seeking assistance in locating Roxy, a four-year-old chocolate Labrador retriever, after it was stolen alongside a Jeep Cherokee during a carjacking.
The carjacking occurred at approximately 8:50 a.m., where the suspect threatened the parked victim, forcibly removing them from the SUV before driving away.
