Flight experts raise questions on Black Hawk helicopter involved in DC plane crash
Briefly

An investigation is underway regarding the collision between an American Airlines jet and a Black Hawk helicopter near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Experts are questioning why the helicopter was flying at almost 400 feet instead of the recommended altitude of 200 feet or lower, raising concerns over mechanical issues or pilot error. Communication lapses were also highlighted where the helicopter crew didn't clearly identify other aircraft in their vicinity. The incident involved 64 passengers on the airline and three soldiers in the helicopter, emphasizing the gravity of the situation.
They should not have been that high, that's my opinion, unless there was a mechanical issue that would be pilot error.
If you look at that first video that came out in the foreground, you see a plane taking off... I'm confident that when they say 'Yup, I've got it,' they were looking at this one.
