The NYPD's Hate Crime Task Force is investigating an incident in Brooklyn where a female suspect made anti-ethnic remarks and pushed a stroller, before fleeing. The victims, a 19-year-old female and a 25-year-old male, were not injured in the altercation near Bay 28th Street and 86th Street.
The suspect, described as a 35 to 40-year-old female with a light complexion, was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, a black hooded sweatshirt, and carrying a black backpack.
