Wilier launches new Supersonica SLR TT bike: Yours for a cool 27,400 in its top spec
Briefly

Wilier's new Supersonica SLR time trial bike boasts a 16% increase in aerodynamic efficiency compared to its predecessor, the Turbine, from wind tunnel testing. Developed with Swiss time trial champion Stefan Köng, it underwent 50 hours of CFD simulations, 30 hours of wind tunnel testing with 3D printed models, and production of two prototypes within nine months.
Significant improvements in the Supersonica SLR include updated geometry, increased rigidity, and redesigned handlebars. Custom extensions based on optical forearm scans are available for all riders, along with other features like an adjustable seat mast, 28mm tyre clearance, and UCI legal frame design.
