The batteries used for our E-bikes are sourced from reputable companies and tested to meet or exceed industry standards. A small number of batteries may have housing damage, leading to risks.
We must instruct you to please stop using any of the affected batteries in your bike and to not charge them. Disposing of the affected batteries is necessary.
The major issue is the time and effort required to develop a whole new proprietary battery, along with passing tests for all necessary certifications, to ensure safety.
