Having young riders on the team is more along the lines of the base we want to build. The Norco Race Division is my way of bringing up the next generation of riders who aren't yet established.
Although this last season spent between the tape for Minnaar was not the high he wanted to end his race career on, it is still heartwarming to see a rider who has been heralded as the greatest mountain biker of all time, wrap up such an impressive career with grace and honor.
Throughout this documentary, we witness Kirk McDowall's exciting progression through the season, Gracey Hemstreet's triumphant season-ender, and Greg Minnaar's move into a new chapter as Team Director after a historic three-decade World Cup racing career.
