Heritage Restaurant & Caviar Bar, founded by Chef Guy and Tif Meikle, revolutionized the perception of caviar as an exclusive delicacy by creating an inclusive dining experience in Ukrainian Village. Despite overcoming challenges like a fire and the pandemic, they are closing due to rising lease costs.
