In a statement, the Framingham company said that the purchase will "provide stability and sustainable growth" for both brewers and employees, underscoring the commitment to maintaining the craft beer identity of the brands.
Jack Hendeer, co-owner and head brewer at the company, pledged to continue Night Shift's "legacy of quality and innovation." He highlighted that acquiring Night Shift and Wormtown allows them to keep award-winning IPAs like Santilli and Be Hoppy available to their loyal fans.
