Beginning on July 1, users of the Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail will notice fencing being installed around Longhorn Shores, Canterbury Park, and Krieg Fields. Longhorn Shores and the tunnel will be closed to the public.
Hikers along the Butler Trail will be rerouted northbound along the east side of Pleasant Valley Road for an 18-month period during construction of the new wishbone bridge at Longhorn Dam.
Drivers will face disruption along South Lamar Boulevard for up to six months due to construction between West Oltorf and Barton Springs Road, divided into three phases.
