The University Of Austin (UATX) Partners With The Texas Bitcoin Foundation, Bitcoin Policy Institute, Unchained, And Strive To Host The Satoshi Papers Symposium
Briefly

The University of Austin (UATX) has partnered with several organizations to host the Satoshi Papers Symposium, celebrating the launch of the Texas Bitcoin Foundation's book, The Satoshi Papers. This book analyzes the interplay between money and state in the Bitcoin era, drawing upon historical debates surrounding government and individual liberties. The symposium aims to facilitate discussions among scholars from diverse fields on how decentralized technologies can reform existing political and economic frameworks. It will feature presentations from contributing authors and is scheduled for April 16, 2025.
The Satoshi Papers brings together economists, historians, anthropologists, and other social scientists to think together about how a decentralized digital protocol can inspire the re-formation of existing political and economic institutions.
Launching a publishing imprint represents a natural next step for BPI as we continue to advance the intellectual foundations of Bitcoin policy.
