Baseball revenue increased 60% year over year because there were five home games in March compared with zero in the prior year. March also had no Banana Ball events this year compared with the prior year. Mixed-use development revenue, including Battery Atlanta, Pennant Park, Turner Field hosted events, and other real estate holdings, rose 41% year over year, aligning with the prior year’s performance.
