A total of $785,549 will be awarded to projects that involve the stabilization, preservation, rehabilitation, restoration or interpretation of historic resources within a public park.
Grant applicants can submit projects until Thursday, Oct. 23, with an online workshop on Aug. 21 to facilitate the application process.
Past projects have included the Luis Maria Peralta Adobe in San Jose, a historic residence built in 1797.
