Robin Kaye, a music supervisor for "American Idol," and her husband Thomas Deluca, both aged 70, were found dead from gunshot wounds in their Los Angeles home. They were discovered during a welfare check after police received reports of a burglary. The couple was well-known, particularly Kaye, who had been part of the "Idol" team since 2009. Raymond Boodarian, aged 22, has been arrested in connection with their deaths and is accused of killing them after they returned home from an outing. Police reported no signs of forced entry at the residence.
