Singapore pumps another $332M into attracting deep tech investors

Singapore is allocating SG$440 million to enhance its deep tech startup ecosystem, aiming to attract global venture capital into local startups and innovation.
The upcoming one-stop platform will facilitate collaboration between local and global tech startups, offering resources and programs to foster growth and international integration.
With the increase in government co-investment to SG$12 million per startup, Singapore aims to accelerate the development of early to growth-stage deep tech enterprises.
Around SG$3 billion has already been funneled into over 330 startups, with over SG$2.5 billion coming from private sector investments under the Startup SG Equity scheme.
