Salesforce is acquiring Doti to integrate enterprise search and knowledge discovery into its platform, using Slack as the conversational interface. Doti will supply a unified, agentic search layer that gives people and AI agents access to correct data at the right time, enabling employees and agents to work as teammates with direct access to data, insights, and actions. The acquisition brings knowledge and talent and strengthens Salesforce's AI R&D lab in Israel. Doti's prior innovations address fragmented enterprise data. The transaction is expected to close in Salesforce's fiscal 2026 Q4, subject to customary conditions; financial terms were not disclosed.
