Oracle's HR software now has AI to help with taxes and career planning
Briefly

Oracle has introduced AI capabilities into its Human Capital Management software to streamline workplace processes. This new technology facilitates human-like interactions that deliver accurate, data-driven responses regarding various job-related topics, enabling employees to concentrate on their primary responsibilities. The AI is designed to alleviate pressure from HR departments by allowing employees to seek answers independently. The integration of AI into Oracle’s offerings aligns with its commitment to providing efficient, cost-effective solutions for businesses, without any additional charges for users.
The best AI comes from the best data, says Miranda Nash, a group VP at Oracle. Using the company's data, the AI can answer questions about taxes, benefits and perks of the job, and career planning.
By giving fast answers to a large variety of questions, Oracle's AI will allow employees to focus more on the 'core mission' of their jobs and become more effective workers, Nash says.
These AI agents are part of Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management, a cloud-based HR tool that has led the industry for a decade, according to Gartner research.
Oracle is all about making our customers successful by lowering their cost of operation, Nash says. We're continually on a mission to make that cheaper and more efficient, using the latest technologies.
