About 37 percent of employees surveyed at those businesses said they've used the tech for everyday tasks - like writing emails, summarizing notes, and searching for data. Another 27 percent said they've deployed apps for more advanced purposes like data analysis and creating various work strategies."

That suggests more people are making the move to create their own business - whether through side hustles, gig activities, or as the heads of full-time companies that they launched.
