Daisy was created in collaboration with Jim Browning, a renowned 'scambaiter', and utilizes advanced AI models to interact with fraudsters during their calls.
This initiative aims to raise awareness during International Fraud Awareness Week by showcasing how AI can be used to combat scams and protect consumers.
O2 reports that this tactic has successfully kept numerous scammers on the line for up to 40 minutes, disrupting their operations.
