Accenture has told senior staff that promotions to top roles require regular adoption of AI tooling and that the company is tracking usage. Accenture positions AI adoption as essential to serving clients and being an AI-enabled workplace, citing adoption of the latest tools and technologies. Accenture's AI lineup includes the AI Refinery Platform developed with Nvidia, intended to scale AI across enterprises. Julie Sweet warned the company would exit employees who did not embrace AI. Other consultancies have also invested heavily in AI, with McKinsey asking recruits to use internal tools and KPMG penalising staff who used AI to complete internal assessments.
