Fortnite Is Returning to the iOS App Store
Briefly

A California judge ruled against Apple for violating a court order and removing Epic Games from the iOS App Store. Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers emphasized that Apple's anticompetitive behavior by taxing developers was unacceptable. The court has mandated that Apple no longer impede competition or impose new commissions on purchases outside the app. Epic Games' founder celebrated the decision, announcing Fortnite's return to iOS, while proposing a peace agreement contingent on global compliance with the ruling's framework.

This is an injunction, not a negotiation. There are no do-overs once a party willfully disregards a court order...The Court will not tolerate further delays.
Apple will not impede competition. The Court enjoins Apple from implementing its new anticompetitive acts to avoid compliance with the Injunction.
Epic puts forth a peace proposal: If Apple extends the court's friction-free, Apple-tax-free framework worldwide, we'll return Fortnite to the App Store worldwide and drop current and future litigation on the topic.
