TMB Barcelona has launched a tender for 19 electric articulated buses, which will utilize CCS2 charging technology and replace older vehicles by 2026. This initiative builds on previous orders, including 7 units from Irizar and a trial of UNVI's double-decker e-bus. As of the end of 2024, TMB will operate 196 electric buses and 46 fuel cell buses.
