Augsburg-based zero-emission vehicle manufacturer Quantron is currently in provisional insolvency proceedings, with administrators evaluating the situation after many workers reported unpaid salaries since April.
On 31st October, Quantron announced they are exploring "opportunities to successfully continue business operations" while the Augsburg Local Court appointed a provisional insolvency administrator.
Lawyer Constantin Graf Salm-Hoogstraeten emphasized the need to analyze the company's financial situation thoroughly before making statements regarding its potential survival amid insolvency.
Quantron's founder, Andreas Haller, is in rehabilitation after a heart attack, with the company now managed by a team including interim CEO Denis Muratov and CFO Beate Reimann.
