IndyGo Begins Blue Line Construction Preparation - Busline News
Briefly

"During construction preparation, utility companies are expected to begin relocating facilities on and around Washington Street in the coming months. Some of this work may start as early as December. These utility relocations are essential for delivering the Blue Line project on time and are anticipated to continue through mid-2027, both ahead-of and in-conjunction with construction."
"The Blue Line will serve as the third of IndyGo's three planned BRT lines. The 24-mile project will largely replace one of IndyGo's highest ridership routes, Route 8, and will provide fast, frequent and reliable transit service between Cumberland and the Indianapolis International Airport."
