What might this be? Well, I don't have a complete answer. But I am convinced that the foundation is developing the ability to live with intention. Intention is nothing other than the ability to make free and conscious choices, and when we are able to do this consistently, we become the authors of our own stories, protagonists who co-create the world rather than being determined by it.

The ultimate goal of service design is to streamline experiences, enabling people to achieve more in less time and with less effort. Traditionally, companies invested significant time and resources into making user journeys as easy as possible. Before the AI revolution, this was achieved through digitalization and automation of routine operations. But in the era of AI, the focus is shifting - from automation to AI agents. In this article, I'll discuss how service design will evolve in this new era.
In many enterprise environments, when software delivery slows down, the knee-jerk response is to add people. More developers. More project managers. More oversight. But in most cases, this response leads to the opposite effect: increased misalignment, heavier process layers, and slower time to value. Progress tends to come from the way teams are structured and supported, rather than from their size.
Many women are choosing to stay single over settling. Choosing to stay single allows women to preserve their inner peace and autonomy. Singleness can create space for growth, friendships, and fulfillment outside of romantic partnership. Studies continue to confirm the trending rise in single women. And yet, even though this has become more of the norm, there are still deep feelings of shame around singlehood. Many conversations I've had with clients about dating and what it means to be single confirm this experience.
