San Francisco's long-running and beloved Greek Food Festival, newly rebranded as 'A Journey of Greek Culture,' returns to the Mission District this fall. The three-day food festival will offer for purchase a wide variety of freshly homemade Greek food, including Spanakopita, Moussaka, Gemista, Gyros, and Greek desserts and wine, accompanied by traditional dance performances and Greek music.
The San Francisco Greek Food Festival has been proudly produced annually for the last seven decades by the members of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral of San Francisco, aiming to bring the community together in celebration of Greek culture. Admission is free, and the festival encourages participation from all.
