The April 21, 2021 warrant affidavit for the search of Rudy Giuliani's premises did not mention the Trump-Zelenskyy phone call, even though previous affidavits targeting Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman did.
The reference to the phone call is important evidence in the affidavit targeting Rudy Giuliani as it shows that Giuliani lobbied Trump to fire Yovanovitch multiple times. [ more ]
