Did VTA mislead the public on start date of BART $76 million tunneling machine in San Jose?
The start date for the BART extension project in San Jose is not as clear cut as previously reported.
The language in the news release regarding tunnel work in 2025 referred to site preparation, not actual digging with the boring machine. [ more ]
