Six people were taken to hospital after two buses collided in South London, with the impact forcing one into the front of a theatre. The bus at the front appears to have then been pushed into the entrance of Southwark Playhouse in Borough upon impact. Police said none of the injuries was deemed to be life-changing or life-threatening. "We treated a number of patients at the scene and took six of them to hospital," a spokesperson for the ambulance service said.

A man who fell from a New York City subway platform in 2017 was awarded nearly $23 million after sustaining severe injuries, including toe amputations.
