Terrence Reid, also known as Chinchilla, from Hempstead, New York, has been arraigned on charges of sex trafficking a child and promoting prostitution.
Reid allegedly exploited a 15-year-old girl and a 26-year-old woman, forcing them into prostitution and subjecting them to abuse. [ more ]
