60 new mountain modern homes will be located inside of a gated community just 90 miles north of Boise, Idaho. Tamarack is currently in Phase 1 of sales, with the first residences available being 16 townhomes ranging from 1,975 to 2,255 square feet with two to four bedrooms. The townhomes will start at $1.5 million. The residences, built by Alturas Homes, feature an open living concept, with large glass windows and will have views of both the surrounding mountains and Lake Cascade.
