Resisting/Delaying a Peace Officer, Attempt to Remove Firearm: Deputies responded to a disturbance at the Saratoga Library on Saratoga Avenue where someone hit two staff members. The suspect left the scene on a bicycle but was later located. Deputies observed the suspect commit a traffic violation and then stopped them. They investigated and found the suspect had an outstanding warrant. The suspect resisted deputies and attempted to remove a firearm from a deputy's holster. Deputies arrested and booked the suspect into the main jail.

Theft by false pretenses: A Saratoga resident reported that someone contacted them online and ultimately convinced them to invest money in a fraudulent cryptocurrency scheme for a total loss of about $58,000.
