It's Groundhog Day - and the 10-year anniversary of Bill de Blasio dropping 'Staten Island Chuck'

Former New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio dropped and killed Staten Island Chuck, a groundhog, during a Groundhog Day celebration in 2014.
The Staten Island Zoo initially tried to cover up Chuck's death, only revealing that he died of natural causes. It was later revealed that the groundhog was actually a female stand-in named Charlotte.
