Seattle's housing market is cooling with more unsold homes, increased price cuts, and longer selling times, giving buyers more leverage.
The colorful bungalow hit the market in late January for $735,000 and went from pending to closed in 10 days. Gossard bought the property in 1992, a year after Pearl Jam released its first album, for $230,000, public records show.
According to Realtor.com economists, 9.4% of Washington homeowners exceeded the previous $10,000 SALT deduction cap. With the new $40,000 ceiling, only 0.8% are projected to remain above the limit.
