Napoli have done well, but recently lost in Holland against PSV. It's a bit of a strange period in Italy. However, I think Italian teams still know how to play good football. As for Milan, furthermore, there are new people in charge, and that doesn't help. They will have different ideas about the players, so it's still a project.
