A modular home provider has seen an increase of over 400pc in enquiries since it was revealed the Government intends to further relax restrictions around their use.

Built in 1913, the building calls back to the city's early development, much like the commercial clusters just a block or few long that are nestled in so many neighborhoods.

Good urbanism should transcend politics. Socialists and capitalists can walk the same neighborhood and agree it's a pleasant place to live. They can each appreciate the tree canopy, the corner café with people spilling onto the sidewalk, the mix of ages on bikes and on foot, the architectural details of older buildings, and so on.

Most water claims start in the most ordinary places: under sinks and around toilets. A slow drip from a supply line or a small leak by a toilet can lead to severe water damage across several units.

The cost rose a lot following the pandemic. And some of that was supply chain issues that really increased the costs, and then they didn't quite come back down. And now tariffs are also impacting some products. These costs are part of the reason the amount of new rental housing stock is shrinking.
