Meath refuge centre helping repair lives of children after domestic abuse
A new study recommends that every domestic abuse refuge in Ireland should have a full-time children's support worker.
Meath Women's Refuge and Support Services (MWRSS) is one of the only networks of shelters in the country with dedicated children's support workers.
Demand for shelter services in Meath has increased, with an 11% increase in unmet requests compared to the previous year. [ more ]
