Raleigh Home Prices Up in October

Raleigh home prices rose modestly in October to a median listing price of $479,950, with slower sales and slightly higher price per square foot.

Raleigh median listing price held at $475,000 in September while inventory rose and homes sold more slowly than a year earlier.
