Officials say the suspect is described as an adult man in his mid 40s, wearing a hat and grey hooded sweatshirt. As of 11:40 a.m., the activity is in the vicinity of the 4300 block of Gold Run Drive near Neroly Road, Oakley Road and Empire Avenue.
