Attorneys General take aim at poorly constructed AI chatbot, Grok

STATEWIDE - NEW YORK ATTORNEY GENERAL Letitia James and a bipartisan coalition of 34 other attorneys general are demanding stronger safeguards from Elon Musk's xAI to prevent its AI chatbot, Grok, from generating and circulating inappropriate, nonconsensual images on X, according to a Monday press release from the Office of the Attorney General of New York. In a letter to the company, the coalition said recent changes to Grok fall short of protecting children and women from harassment and exploitation.
