The World's Best Pizza-Maker Is Opening a Restaurant in Soho

It's safe to say that Michele Pascarella knows pizza. He was crowned Best Pizza Maker in the World at the 50 Top Pizza Awards in 2023, and his restaurant Napoli on the Road has retained the title of Europe's Best Pizzeria for two consecutive years (2024 and 2025) at the 50 Top Pizza Europa awards. He's grown his concept from a three-wheeled Ape Piaggio van to two west London restaurants in Chiswick and Richmond, and now he's readying his third.
