Average asking rents outside London remained unchanged in early 2026, marking a significant shift in rental trends since 2017.

SAN JOSE - A huge San Jose site once deemed to be a prime candidate for a high-profile tech campus has been bought by a veteran real estate firm with extensive experience in the Bay Area real estate market. There is a premium of close to €100,000 for a home with a high energy rating compared with one which is less efficient to heat.
