The goal of the recent SFFA v. Harvard case was to discourage non-white students from applying to law schools, but it has failed as the current applicant pool is the most diverse ever.
Law schools and the Law School Admission Council have made efforts to encourage minority candidates to apply, resulting in a 7% increase in minority applicants compared to last year. [ more ]
