Sonic the Hedgehog 3 ended with a post-credits scene featuring Amy Rose, Sonic's ally and love interest, but she doesn't speak during that brief screen time. That's because they hadn't cast her yet, but that's officially changed, as Frozen and Good Place actor Kristen Bell will be voicing the hammer-swinging hedgehog in Sonic the Hedgehog 4 next year. Ben Schwartz, who voices Sonic in the films, announced on Instagram that Bell would be joining the cast in the fourth movie, which is set to premiere on March 19, 2027. The post includes an image of both actors holding Funko Pops of their characters.
This year, the SAG Awards are going through a total rebrand - okay, mostly just the name, but it's name is its whole identity. Host Kristen Bell has a lot on her plate, as she has to inform every SAG-AFTRA member about the name change in a new trailer for the show, including her Nobody Wants This co-star, Adam Brody, who doesn't seem to remember her when she calls.
During Cher's appearance to promote her memoir, Shepard asked the singer who she'd see as a dream partner for Bell - who was also present for the chat. "Because I know you think she could do better, and I don't disagree," Shepard explained. Bell laughed it off, explaining that her husband of 12 years was simply being "self-deprecating" - and telling Cher, "You've never thought about that." "No! I just like her," Cher said of her Burlesque co-star.
Mr. Feisty himself will be voicing God in a new, 52-episode-long Fox News podcast that will guide "listeners through the life and teachings of Christ." It's a dream part for an actor who loves to say how he feels about stuff with the utmost authority ... except he already landed it. The podcast also features Kristen Bell as Mary Magdalene; she says her recording was for an audiobook from 15 years ago.
Happy 12th anniversary to the man who once said to me: I would never kill you. A lot of men have killed their wives at a certain point. Even though I'm heavily incentivized to kill you, I never would," Bell wrote in a post on Saturday.
