On Friday, March 6, 2026, at about 11:48 p.m., police responded to a 911 call reporting an assault at 4802 10 Avenue, within the confines of the 66 Precinct. Police said officers were told a 14-year-old male had been shot in the head. The teen was taken by private means to Maimonides Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased.

The collision happened around 6:20 p.m. on Feb. 20 near Shell Boulevard and Bounty Drive, according to the Foster City Police Department. Officers arrived within minutes and found the e-bicyclist. The driver, however, had already left the scene. Paramedics treated the teen at the scene and took him to an area hospital for additional medical care.

Police are searching for four people they say are responsible for beating and robbing a 15-year-old boy in Coney Island. The teen entered 2832 West 23rd St. on Jan. 16 just before 5 p.m., to sell a jacket to a person he met on social media. Instead, the group approached the boy, demanded he hand over his belongings and threatened to stab him, according to authorities.
