NY unveils first rules for growing marijuana at home: How you can cultivate cannabis
New York State cannabis regulators have unveiled the first rules for home cultivation of marijuana.
Home growers in New York will be allowed to cultivate up to six mature marijuana plants and possess up to five pounds of flower or concentrate per household.
The proposed regulations include requirements for secure storage, single-site cultivation, and purchasing plants from state-regulated retailers.
